How we teach

Taught to mastery

Reading, writing, and mathematics move at the pace of understanding, not the calendar.

Students progress through carefully sequenced skills according to demonstrated understanding, generally showing approximately 85 to 90% mastery before moving on. When a student needs more, the next lesson takes a different route to the same idea. When a student is ready for more, the curriculum keeps going. Science, social studies, world languages, the arts, and physical education are taught in community.

Academics

One campus, age three to graduation

A child can start in Pre-K 3 and walk the same oak-lined path to a 24-credit diploma, with the teacher who taught them to read there to watch them graduate.

Tuition and scholarships

Within reach

$28,000 to $36,000 a year before any scholarship, and every Florida K-12 family qualifies for one.

In Miami-Dade the state scholarship for 2026-2027 is $8,745 for K-3, $8,140 for 4th through 8th, and $7,942 for high school. A student with a qualifying diagnosis receives up to $35,884 through the Unique Abilities scholarship instead, and the school's own need-based, merit, Hero, and sibling awards stack on top.
